Invitation Homes helps people find their next home! Backed by Blackstone Capital, the IH site displays housing inventory from several markets across the nation and takes a renter’s process of finding and renting their next home to the next level.

CC’s solution involved:

• A sophisticated data import process from a third-party source that automatically feeds the Property engine on their new site, checking for inventory additions, deletions or updates
• API processes which connected the site to third party systems Yardii and RentCafe, and pushed property data into Custom Post Types within WordPress to be displayed in a myriad of ways: lists, charts, maps, filtered by category, tags or custom data. We also implemented a contact escalation process that notifies the local market manager when renters are interested in a property in their territory
• Responsive design that allows users to shop for homes on the go from any device
